1. How can I order a custom bow?
Email [email protected]  for any custom requests! 

2. Do you take payment plans?
Yes.

3. Do you offer collabs?
I only offer collabs on Facebook and on Tiktok. You are more than welcome to apply for collabs through one of those platforms.

4. My bow broke. Can you fix it?
Please read our refund/shipping policy and if it qualifies then definitely reach out to me via email [email protected]  remember it has to be within 5 days!!

5. I was to order a wrap. How do I pick what size?
The best way is to measure your little ones head diagonally like if they were wearing the wrap and leave the circumference along with age in the notes. Don't measure it like the doctors do at appointments!

6. Do you ever restock?
Sometime I do! For any restock updates make sure you join our Facebook group IsabellasBowsVIP  so you can get updated about restock.

7. Do you offer giftcards?
At this time we do not offer gift cards.


8. I change my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once your order placed I can not cancel it.
